Terra Performance RACE: Professional Motorsport-Only Brake Pads

Terra Performance RACE Brake Pads Box

When every fraction of a second counts, trust Terra Performance RACE brake pads to deliver the uncompromising stopping power required for professional motorsport. The RACE is a pure-bred competition compound, engineered exclusively for the extreme demands of wheel-to-wheel racing. This is not a street pad; it is a dedicated tool for the top step of the podium.

Formulated from an advanced, asbestos-free carbon-ceramic composite, the RACE compound is engineered for the harshest competitive environments. Its primary characteristic is an exceptionally high friction level that remains stable and predictable at extreme temperatures, providing powerful, consistent braking lap after lap.

Key Features & Performance:

  • Competition-Only Compound: Engineered purely for the track and not suitable for road use due to its aggressive nature and temperature requirements.
  • Extreme Stopping Power: An exceptionally high average friction coefficient of 0.62µ provides the ultimate braking force for out-braking your rivals.
  • Aggressive Initial Bite: The immediate and powerful bite gives drivers supreme confidence to brake later and harder into every corner.
  • Superior Fade Resistance: Maintains consistent performance and a stable friction level at operating temperatures 150 - 800°C.
  • Track-Ready from the Box: A factory scorching process dramatically reduces the bedding-in period, allowing you to get up to speed faster.
  • Exceptional Endurance: Formulated for superior wear resistance under the severe stress of competitive racing, ensuring performance throughout the entire event.

Recommended Applications:

The Terra Performance RACE compound is the definitive choice for dedicated racing vehicles, including:

  • Touring Car & Circuit Racing
  • Rally (Tarmac Stages)
  • GT & Endurance Racing
  • High-Performance Track Day Cars

Important Considerations:

  • NOT FOR ROAD USE: These pads are designed to operate at very high temperatures. They will not perform correctly at low street-driving temperatures and can be dangerous.
  • Noise & Dust: As a pure racing compound, expect significant brake noise (squeal) and high levels of corrosive brake dust.
  • Rotor Wear: This aggressive compound is designed for performance, which will result in accelerated wear of your brake discs compared to street pads.
