Oil Filter Sandwich Plate Cooler Adapter with Thermostat FMIC.Pro 80mm

The FMIC.Pro oil sandwich plate is a premium-grade component designed for sports cars, performance builds, and demanding drivers who refuse to compromise. It allows the installation of an external oil cooler, significantly improving oil temperature control and boosting engine reliability under high loads.

This version features a built-in thermostat that opens at 85°C, regulating oil flow to the cooler. As a result, oil reaches optimal operating temperature more quickly after engine start, and cooling is activated only when truly needed – a crucial benefit for everyday driving, preventing overcooling.

The adapter is fully CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for superior corrosion resistance and durability. It includes four threaded ports:

• Two ports for external oil cooler lines,

• Two side ports with 1/8" NPT threads for installing oil temperature and pressure sensors.

It is compatible with the most common oil filter types – M20x1.5 and 3/4-16 UNF threaded adapters are included. The set also features a Viton gasket, known for its outstanding resistance to high temperatures, oils, and chemicals – effectively eliminating common leakage issues.
