Nuke Performance Universal in-tank One Way Valve, AN-6

The Nuke Performance SAE In-Tank One-Way Valve, AN-6, is designed for fuel pump mounting kits and optimized for use with Nuke Performance CFC Units and Fuel Surge Tanks.

This in-tank check valve prevents fuel from flowing back when the system is shut down, thereby maintaining residual fuel pressure for faster starts and improved system stability. It also enables running dual-fuel pump setups in steps, where one fuel pump can be shut off when fuel demand is low.

This check valve is the easiest and most efficient way to use fuel pumps without an internal check valve, such as the Walbro (Ti Automotive) F90000295, when installed in single-outlet units such as Nuke Performance CFC Units and Fuel Surge Tanks.

The kit includes all necessary components to integrate seamlessly with Nuke Performance SAE fuel pump mounting kits for single and dual-in-tank fuel pump setups. Due to the size of the included adapters, this kit cannot be used with the triple fuel pump mounting kits.

The oversized stainless steel valve body and internals are designed to deliver exceptional flow characteristics with minimal restriction. Thanks to its large internal valve design, this check valve offers up to 80% less flow loss compared to standard check valves.

The reduced restriction results in lower current draw, contributing to a more efficient and stable fuel system—especially critical in high-demand motorsport applications. When combined with the convoluted in-tank nylon fuel hoses and SAE quick-connect fittings used in Nuke Performance hose kits, this valve delivers a quick, reliable, and long-lasting solution for installation in CFC Units and Fuel Surge Tanks.

The universal in-tank one-way valve, AN-6, is compatible with a wide range of fittings and accessories and features high-flow SAE quick-connect fittings with Viton O-rings. Fully compliant with the SAE J2044 standard, it delivers maximum flow capacity, durability, and long-term reliability.
