FMIC.Pro exhaust manifold is made of 321 stainless steel and thanks to titanium stabilization offers much better characteristics than similar manifolds made of 304 grade steel. Reduced creep of the material (deformation) at high temperatures and much higher resistance to aggressive exhaust environments significantly reduce the risk of cracking or corrosion. Additionally, the use of bent runners reduced the number of welded elements which also has a significant impact on manifold durability. Thanks to a perfect fit of runner diameters to the openings of both flanges, the flow of exhaust gases is perfectly maintained without any restrictions. Perfectly made manifold merge collector guarantees fast spool of the turbocharger, additionally helped by Twin Scroll construction. The manifold is prepared for use with both one or two external wastegate valves.
