The EWP115 Nylon Kit – 24V Remote Electric Water Pump is a high-performance cooling solution designed for small, medium, and large engines, including performance and 4WD applications. It delivers improved cooling efficiency, increased engine reliability, and enhanced overall performance.
Unlike traditional belt-driven pumps that draw power from the engine, the EWP115 operates independently, reducing parasitic loss and freeing up to 10kW (13hp) while improving fuel efficiency.
With a maximum flow rate of approximately 115 L/min, it provides consistent coolant circulation regardless of engine speed, ensuring precise temperature control under all conditions.
Constructed from lightweight, glass-filled nylon, the pump is corrosion-resistant and designed for durability in demanding environments. Its universal fit allows easy installation into the lower radiator hose, and the kit includes all necessary fittings and wiring for straightforward installation.
The EWP115 can be used as a standalone upgrade, an auxiliary pump, or as a complete replacement for the mechanical water pump when paired with a Davies Craig controller system.
