CLM Lock kit for BMW E46
The CLM Lock kit is a drift kit that is the result of 2 years of work and experimentation with the BMW E36 front suspension. Suspensions designed by COELMOTORSPORT made by CNC (laser cutting, turning, milling, hardening, hardening) for BMW E46. Those can also be used on BMW E36 and E30 with shock absorbers from model E36. This set was designed in a 3D environment and then tested multiple ways on tracks in Poland and Europe. Product is designed and manufactured in Poland.
Ackerman's factory correction has been completely and permanently removed. Very large steering angle of up to 70 degrees (+ -5 depending on the elements used and the body). The set is designed that way so the front wheels can work in parallel throughout the entire steering range. The steering discrepancy up to 40 degrees does not exceed 15 minutes (1/4 degree) - which is completely unattainable on standard welded switches. The crossovers are completely redesigned in the 3D CAD environment, made on modern machines and by qualified, certified professionals. Crossovers reduce so-called bump-steering by restoring the nominal (factory) position of the swingarm in a low lowered car. The switches lower the roll-center realistically by moving the wheel attachment point upwards. Switches extend the suspension by an additional 3 cm - thanks to this there is no need for additional wheel spacers, and thuis significantly reduces unsprung mass. Switches adapted to reinforced rod ends from BMW E46. The swingarms are made of structural steel, cut precisely by CNC. Top relocators of the shock absorber made of aluminum alloys. Includes a set of new reinforced screws with a hardness of 10.9.
All steering models require the use of lower mount shock absorbers from the E36 model!
The price includes two pieces of switches with bearings (hubs), with a set of reinforced bolts and aluminum washers for shock absorbers, rocker arms with bolts, fasteners to stabilizer links and steering stops, and relocators of the upper shock absorber. This is the ONLY product of this type on the market. All elements of the CLM set have a special WARRANTY that allows free replacement of a damaged element with a new one (after sending the damaged element back to the manufacturer), regardless of the cause of the fault. WARRANTY covers one-time replacement of each damaged item. WARRANTY does not apply to wearing parts such as bearings, pins, rods and ends.
